Exquisite Preserved Long Lasting Roses
Our roses are grown in the verdant, sun-drenched fields of Ecuador. Only the most perfect, beautiful and vibrant roses are selected for use within our designs. Our team of floral experts then perform a sophisticated technique allowing the flowers to maintain their natural, fresh cut appearance. Instead of leaving them to dry, they undergo a rehydration process that involves being placed within a mixture of glycerin and other plant elements. This liquid gradually rises through the stem transforming the rose into the longest-lasting flower on the market.
Please note that the metallic color roses (gold, silver, rose-gold) are sprayed for that color and the paint application may cause cracks and/or spotting on the petals.

The bouquet was very nice. Shipped on time. It was smaller than it looked online. One rose fell off the bouquet so I had to stick it back in.

So, I will start off with I placed an order on 2/10 for a $600 box of roses paying an extra $70 for Valentines day specific shipping. I made the order using my shop account which has my address saved. I needed them to goto her so after the order I called, emailed and text 5 minutes after the order was made to change the address. The new morning on 2/11 I get a shipping confirmation shout even 1 response to my request for the address change. I call them and they answer. The customer service rep sounded like she could not care less about my concern and said the order was processed for shipping and the address could not be changed. OK fine I will deal with that. Later that day another canned email response saying the same and how busy they are..Well I have a busy business too and address corrections is #1 especially on Valentines! but the package still has not gotten to UPS. I respond to that email explaining that 4 days is plenty of time to change an address. I get another canned email stating that my order is on the way and will be there guaranteed on 2/14 ignoring my request. Long story short the flowers never shipped, never arrived, valentines was ruined and to this day they still did not ship. I have contacted and have not heard a thing. Total joke and I have ordered 3 times these overpriced flowers. It is obvious they don't care and cant handle the business they built. There is many competitors now and I would suggest going to them. I will for sure now.
